Irma G. Hinojosa currently serves as one of the Directors on the Siesta Shores Water Board located in Zapata, Texas.

 Background

Irma G Hinojosa is a retired educator with over 45 years of experience, serving as a classroom teacher, Region One ESC specialist, South Texas College faculty, and executive director of federal and state programs at the district level. Additionally, she served two terms as President of the Texas Association of Bilingual Education. Presently, she is sole proprietor of a company that provides professional trainings and instructional coaching to teachers and students.
